Customers can see your invoice and ask questions about it online – from their computer or mobile device.

A button to view your quote online will be included automatically when you send your quote via email.

What happens when a customer asks a question online?

We'll forward the entire question on to you in an email, and ping you a notification in YourTradebase.


Can I see what my customer will see?

Sure thing. Just preview your invoice:

  1. Visit your invoice
  2. Select ‘Preview’
  3. You'll see what your customers sees

Can my clients pay online?

Yes! You have the option of allowing clients to pay online with a debit or credit card, via Stripe You'll find more details about taking online payments here.
