What are the fees?

There are no monthly fees for using Stripe to process your payments.
Instead, you're charged a small percentage for each payment you process, based on the total amount. YourTradebase also adds a small fee to each transaction.

For UK customers:
  • Payments made with UK and EU cards, the fee is 1.9% + 20p of your invoice total.
  • Payments made with non-EU cards, the fee is 3.4% + 20p of your invoice total.
For US and Canadian customers:
  • The fee is 3.4% + 30c of your invoice total.

For Australian customers:

  • Payments made with domestic cards, the fee is 2.25% + A$0.30 of your invoice total.
  • Payments made with non-EU cards, the fee is 3.4% + A$0.30 of your invoice total.

These fees are automatically deducted by Stripe from the payment amount you receive.

Is Stripe safe?

Yes! Stripe exceeds the most stringent security standards.
All transactions are SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protected and Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 (the highest grade of payment processing security).
All credit card numbers are encrypted and safely stored in Stripe's state of the art data centre.

How do I receive my funds?

A Stripe account is a lot like a bank account. You can transfer the money from your Stripe account to your bank via the Stripe dashboard.
Any money transferred from Stripe will be in your bank account in 7 business days.
