How to deduct CIS from invoices synced to QuickBooks

Unfortunately, QuickBooks does not allow CIS deductions to be synced with invoices.

That means CIS needs to be deducted manually after you sync an invoice to QuickBooks. You'll find steps to deduct CIS in QuickBooks on the QuickBooks Help site.
