How do I reset my password?

Here's how it works:

1. From the sign in page, click 'I've forgotten my password'
2. Enter your email address and click 'Email me reset instructions'
3. You'll receive an email with a link to follow.
4. Enter your new password (it should contain at least 6 characters), re-enter it and then click 'Reset my password'
5. You'll be automatically signed in to YourTradebase

The next time you sign in, you'll need to use your new password.

Each password reset link we send you can only be used once, and expires after 60 minutes.
