Changing and adding tax rates

You can add multiple sales or tax rates to YourTradebase, for use when pricing quotes and invoices.

Adding new tax rates

  1. Visit ‘Settings > Company
  2. Click 'Add another tax rate' under the 'Tax Settings' section
  3. Enter the required tax rate

Your new tax rate will be saved automatically, and be available in all your paperwork.

You can add as many tax rates as you need.

Changing tax rates

  1. Visit ‘Settings > Company
  2. Change the rate of tax as required

Your updated tax rate will be saved automatically, and be available in all your paperwork.

Removing a tax rate

Tax rates can be removed by selecting the trash can icon button alongside each tax rate.
