Changing where your billing invoices are sent

When you upgrade to a paid account or make any payments to YourTradebase, we send you a billing invoice email with a PDF attachment.

You can change the email that we send our billing invoices to from the Manage Account screen.

Here's how:

  1. Visit 'Settings > Manage account'
  2. Click 'Change where invoice emails are sent' within the Your invoices section
  3. Enter the email address that you'd like invoices sent to
  4. Click 'Save changes'

We'll now send all future billing invoices to this new email address.

Note: The email address must be a valid email and you can only enter one email address.
