Changing where your billing invoices are sent
When you upgrade to a paid account or make any payments to YourTradebase, we send you a billing invoice email with a PDF attachment.
You can change the email that we send our billing invoices to from the Manage Account screen.
- Visit 'Settings > Manage account'
- Click 'Change where invoice emails are sent' within the Your invoices section
- Enter the email address that you'd like invoices sent to
- Click 'Save changes'
We'll now send all future billing invoices to this new email address.
Note: The email address must be a valid email and you can only enter one email address.
