How to change the 'Valid Until' quotation dates
All quotes or estimates now have the ability to show your customers how long your price is available for.
By default all quotations/estimates 'valid until' dates are set at 90 days. You can easily change the number of days a quote is valid for in a few simple steps. Here's how:
- Head to your settings
- Select Quotes
- Under the heading that says 'How many days is a quote valid for?' insert your preferred number of days
- You will see a green 'saved' flash up once you have changed the number of day. .
All done!
It's worth noting that these dates will only change for any NEW documents produced. Any valid for dates on previously created documents will not change
