Managing your quote templates

You can manage your quote templates by heading to Settings>Quotes>Manage quote templates

In the manage quote template screen you can:

Add a new quote template
Edit an existing quote template
Re-name a quote tempalte
Duplicate a quote template
Delete a quote template

Add a new quote

Selecting the Add a new quote template will pull up your standard quote template including notes and terms. You can make changes and save it as a new template.

Edit an existing quote template

To make a change to an already existing template head to settings>quotes>manage quote templates

Find the quote template tile and hit the three dots in the bottom right.

Select Edit. Make the changes needed then save as template

Done!

Rename a quote

To rename an already existing template, head to settings>quotes>manage quote templates

Find the quote template tile and hit the three dots in the bottom right.

Select Rename. Make the changes needed then save

Delete a template

Deleting a quote template is easy, here's how:

1. Head to settings>quotes>manage quote templates

2. Find the quote template tile and select the three dots, bottom right

3. Choose the red button Delete

4. You will receive a pop up to confirm deletion or cancel and go back

WARNING!! ... deleting a template is final. Once deleted there is no way to retrieve the quote.
