Create a quote template

Quote templates make it super-quick to cost the work you do most often. Set up a quote template with all the work items, costs, and descriptions you need, then just re-use it again and again. 

Templates can also be used to set up multiple sets of notes and terms so that you no longer have to edit your standard template every time you sent a quote to your regular clients . 

Here's how to set up your first quote template:

  1. Head to Settings > Quotes
  2. At the top of the page, Add a new quote template.  This action will pull up your standard quote template including and notes and terms. 
  3. Build your quote and make any changes to the notes and terms
  4. Once you are happy with the quote scroll to the bottom of the screen and hit Save quote template
  5. Name your template

Done!  This quote will be added to you quote template library 

Once you have created your first quote template the settings screen will change to show you how many templates are saved.  Selecting Manage quote templates will give you the ability to see your templates and add a new quote template.
