Connect to Xero
Here's how to connect to a Xero account to keep your invoices and payment info in sync.
To connect to a Xero account:
- Visit Settings > Connect to Xero
Select the Connect to Xero button
- You'll be taken to Xero.com to login to Xero
Select which Xero account you'd like to sync with and select Allow access
All done! YourTradebase is now connected to Xero.
Once connected, you'll be able to configure and setup your connection to Xero.
Re-connecting to Xero after connection is lost
From time-to-time, Xero may require you to re-connect to continue syncing invoices and payments.
If that happens, we'll send you an in-app notification letting you know your connection has been lost, and you'll see the error message: "The xero connection has been lost" when trying to sync.
Here's how to re-connect to Xero:
- Visit Settings > Connect to Xero
Select the Connect to Xero button
- You'll be taken to Xero.com to login to Xero
- Select which Xero account you'd like to sync with and select Allow access
You'll be re-connected and can then re-sync any invoices as required 👍
